November Student of the Month - Tyler Peterson!

Spencer Elementary Student of the Month for November is Tyler Peterson!! Tyler was nominated by Mrs. Tara Abel. Mrs. Abel had this to say about Tyler, “Tyler is an exceptional choice for student of the month. Tyler goes above and beyond to do what is asked and expected of him. He is always willing to help others learn, as well as dig deep into his own academics to expand his knowledge. Tyler knows his learning is important and he takes control of it. He challenges himself. Tyler is an absolute joy to have in class and we look forward to working with him the rest of this year.”Tyler Peterson

November Staff Person of the Month - Mrs. Ann Pankratz!

Spencer Elementary Staff Person of the Month for November is Mrs. Ann Pankratz!! Mr. Dillenburg, fellow teacher, states, “All of Mrs. Pankratz's efforts are so helpful to others and truly thoughtful. It seems as though each time Mrs. Schulz gives a "shout out" to a fellow staff member, she is part of that recognition. Not only does she handle her day-to-day responsibilities with a positive and fun attitude. She helps us all out with Educator Effectiveness, volunteers to lend a hand as the "go to food count guru," is a member of the elementary leadership team, has shown innovative approaches to math RTI and collaboration with her 1st grade team, and cleans the staff bathroom (haha) and so many other things! I know I'm missing probably a dozen other things that Ann does week in and week out to help each of us- all with a smile on her face and that famous chuckle!”Mrs. Ann Pankratz
