Business and Information Technology

The Spencer School District is in search of a dynamic teacher to lead the growth of a Business and Information Technology Program. The District is committed to offering a wide variety of opportunities to the students of Spencer in all areas, including Career and Technical Education (CTE). This position would include middle school survey courses in grades 6-8 designed to build student interest in business education and informational technology. Providing our students with personal finance, digital citizenship and digital literacy skills is a priority of ours. Our students have expressed a strong interest in business and informational technology courses, especially in the area of coding. This position may include, but is not limited to the following courses: Introduction to Business, Personal Finance, Marketing, Coding, and Accounting. We will work with Northcentral Technical College to provide dual credit opportunities for our students.
